Hello, I’m Debalina Chakraborty — founder of The Melhor Consultation and Books with Melhor.

I began my journey as a communication expert, which gradually evolved into my work as a fashion educator. Travel has been a defining influence in my life, shaping both my perspective and my approach. Alongside this, my deep engagement with art and culture has allowed me to develop a global lens — enabling me to understand people, their lifestyles, and their expressions more intuitively. During my college years, my summer internships with UNICEF played a pivotal role in helping me discover my calling as an educator.

Over the years, I have worked extensively in the fields of communication, impression management, and executive presence coaching. My experience spans a diverse range of individuals — from actors and athletes to educators, HORECA consultants, and entrepreneurs.

In today’s landscape of influencers, podcasters, and content creators, personal branding is no longer optional — it is essential. This shift has made the integration of fashion psychology and image management more relevant than ever.
